The IPG – New York Holiday Prize Draw
Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is TheIPG Ltd (“the Promoter”).
Registered office: Unit 35, BizSpace, Courtwick Lane, Littlehampton, West Sussex, BN17 7TL.

2. Eligibility
· Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
· Due to accommodation and travel provider requirements in the United States, at least one traveller must be aged 21 or over at the time of booking the holiday. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure this requirement is met.
Employees of The IPG, participating members, suppliers, contractors, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter’s Terms of Use.
3. How to Enter
Entry mechanics are governed by clause 3.2 of the Promoter’s App Terms of Use, available via your profile section of the App.
No purchase is necessary.
Only valid entries submitted during the promotional period will be accepted.
4. Opening & Closing Dates
The competition opens at 12:00 (UK time) on Monday 16 February 2026.
The competition closes at 23:59 (UK time) on Thursday 30 April 2026.
5. The Prize
One (1) winner will receive up to £3,000 towards a holiday to New York for two (2) adults, consisting of:
Four (4) nights’ accommodation at RIU Plaza Manhattan Times Square
One (1) standard room, specified by TUI as a Deluxe King Double
Bed & Breakfast board basis only
Return standard economy flights, which may be direct or indirect, depending on departure airport, routing and availability
Flights available only from the following UK airports:
Edinburgh
Glasgow
Newcastle
Birmingham
London Gatwick
London Heathrow
Manchester
The holiday package will be booked directly with TUI
6. Travel Dates
Travel is available on selected dates only in:
September 2026
October 2026
November 2026
January 2027
All travel is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Travel outside these date windows may result in additional charges, which must be paid by the winner directly to TUI at the time of booking.
7. Prize Value & Budget Cap
The maximum contribution from the Promoter towards the prize is £3,000 (“the Cap”).
The Cap applies to flights and accommodation only.
The Promoter will not contribute more than £3,000 under any circumstances.
There is no cash alternative.
8. If the Winner Chooses Options That Cause the Holiday to Exceed the £3,000 Cap
The holiday described in these Terms & Conditions is designed to be bookable within the £3,000 Cap, subject to availability.
If the total cost exceeds £3,000, the winner may:
a) choose alternative dates or specifications that bring the total cost within the Cap; or
b) pay the difference directly to TUI at the time of booking.
Any upgrades (including additional nights, room upgrades, flight upgrades, baggage, seat selection, or excursions) are optional and must be paid for by the winner.
9. What Is Not Included
The prize does not include:
Airport transfers in the UK or the USA
Travel insurance
ESTA, visas, passports, vaccinations or any other travel documentation
Spending money or meals other than Bed & Breakfast
Gratuities or incidentals
Local hotel taxes and mandatory hotel fees (currently approximately £38 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel) are not included and may vary due to exchange rates or local authority changes.
10. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners are chosen at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
The winner will be notified via the App and/or email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and allocate it to an alternative eligible entrant.
11. Booking & Prize Administration
The winner will be contacted by a representative of the Promoter to explain the booking process and optional upgrades.
The booking must be made no later than 30 days after the winner has accepted the prize.
The Promoter will attend a TUI store in person, where a TUI representative will take the winner’s booking details by phone.
The Promoter will pay £3,000 directly in-store to TUI via PDQ.
Any additional charges beyond the Cap must be paid by the winner directly to TUI before the booking is confirmed.
Once booked, the winner is responsible for managing the booking in accordance with TUI’s terms and conditions.
12. Refunds & Cancellations
If the winner chooses to cancel the holiday after booking, any refund will be processed in accordance with TUI’s terms and conditions.
Any refunded amount attributable to the Promoter’s contribution (up to £3,000) will be returned to the Promoter and will not be paid to the winner in cash or otherwise.
Any refunded amount attributable to payments made by the winner directly to TUI will be returned to the winner in accordance with TUI’s refund policies.
Cancellation of the booking will be treated as forfeiture of the prize.
13. Provider Terms
The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of TUI, the airline(s), and the accommodation provider.
The Promoter is not responsible for changes, cancellations or disruptions caused by third-party providers.
14. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the use of their first name and county for promotional purposes.
The Promoter may request photographs or content from the winner in connection with the prize, subject to the winner’s consent.
No additional compensation will be provided for publicity participation.
15. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Data will be used solely for administering the prize draw, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and fulfilling the prize.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to this, the Promoter is not responsible for any costs, losses or damages not expressly included in the prize.
17. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, while acting fairly and in accordance with the CAP Code.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The console supports HDR where compatible software and display equipment are used. Online features, including GameChat and screen sharing functionality, may require an internet connection and compatible Nintendo account.
Nintendo Switch 2 – Mario Kart World (game)
A Mario Kart title featuring up to 24 drivers per race, multiple gameplay modes including Grand Prix and Knockout Tour, and open-world course exploration.
Goji Nintendo Switch 2 Joy-Con Racing Wheels (pack of two)
Two (2) steering wheel accessories designed for use with compatible Joy-Con 2 controllers.
Paladone Mario Kart Backpack Buddies (one blind pack)
One (1) officially licensed Mario Kart Backpack Buddies blind pack containing one randomly selected character keychain from the available range, which may include a limited-edition variant. Character selection is random and cannot be selected by the winner.
The Prize will be awarded exactly as described above.
There is no cash alternative.
The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
6. Prize Delivery
The Prize will be dispatched to a UK address provided by the winner within 30 days of the winner confirming acceptance and providing valid delivery details.
Risk and title in the Prize will pass to the winner upon confirmed delivery.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received before the closing date, using a fair and verifiable random selection process.
The winner will be notified via the App and/or email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and allocate it to an alternative eligible entrant selected in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter will make available the winner’s surname and county to anyone who requests this information within one month of the closing date. Entrants may object to this or request limited disclosure at the time of entry or upon notification. The Promoter will provide this information unless it is legally required not to do so.
8. Publicity
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the use of their first name and county for promotional purposes.
The Promoter may request photographs or content from the winner in connection with the Prize, subject to the winner’s consent.
No additional compensation will be provided for publicity participation.
9. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Data will be used solely for administering the prize draw, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the Prize.
Where necessary, the Promoter may share relevant order or purchase information with the winner for the purpose of enabling product registration, warranty activation or manufacturer support. Such information will not be used by the Promoter for marketing purposes.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to this, the Promoter is not responsible for any costs, losses or damages not expressly included in the Prize.
The Promoter is not the manufacturer of the Prize and is not responsible for any manufacturer faults or defects.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, while acting fairly and in accordance with the CAP Code.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude an entrant from participating.
