This competition runs from 09:00 on Friday, 5 December 2025, to 23:59 on Wednesday, 17 December 2025 (“the Competition Period”). Entries received outside of these dates will not be counted.

This competition is run in partnership with InstallerONLINE across the InstallerONLINE network and community.

Eligibility

The competition is open to UK-resident tradespeople aged 18 or over. Proof of trade status may be required.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter the competition:

• Employees of The IPG Ltd.
• Family members of employees of The IPG Ltd.
• Employees of IPG member stores or showrooms
• Family members of employees of IPG member stores or showrooms
• Employees of IPG supplier partners
• Family members of employees of IPG supplier partners
• Any employee, or relation to an employee, of InstallerONLINE, InstallerSHOW or Nineteen Group
• Agents, contractors, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this competition

One entry per person.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary. Entry instructions will be provided in the promotional material. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries shortly after the closing date. The winner will be contacted by phone and email using the details provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 14 days, The IPG Ltd. reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Details

The prize consists of:

• Panasonic 55" W95B 4K Mini LED HDR Smart TV
• Sony BRAVIA Theatre Soundbar with subwoofer
• Joe & Steph’s Movie Night In Gift Box
• A Netflix voucher valued at £113.94*

There is no cash alternative, and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The IPG Ltd. may substitute any part of the prize for an item of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

*The Netflix voucher equates to 6 months of Netflix Premium at £18.99 per month and is subject to Netflix’s own redemption terms and conditions.

Delivery

The winner will be asked to confirm a suitable UK delivery address for the prize. The IPG Ltd. is not responsible for delays beyond its control or for any loss or damage during delivery.

PR, Marketing & Social Media Participation

By entering this competition, the winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity and promotional activity organised by The IPG Ltd., which may include:

• Sharing a social media post (on a platform of the winner’s choice) acknowledging receipt of the prize; and/or
• Participating in a prize handover photograph or short video for PR purposes, either in person or virtually, subject to availability and agreement.

Participation will be arranged at a mutually suitable time, and The IPG Ltd. will give reasonable notice. Any publicity materials produced may be used across The IPG Ltd.’s marketing channels.

Data Protection

Personal data collected for this competition will be used solely for its administration and in accordance with The IPG Ltd.’s Privacy Policy.

Final Decision & Disputes

The IPG Ltd.’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. The IPG Ltd. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

Governing Law

This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Elf & Safety Christmas Charity Competition

This competition runs from 8 December 2025 to 23 December 2025 (“the Competition Period”). Entries or donations received outside of these dates will not be counted toward the prize draw.

This competition is run by The IPG Ltd. across participating IPG member stores. Each participating store will run its own individual prize draw for a Deluxe Elf & Safety Kit.

Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter the competition:

• Employees of The IPG Ltd.
• Family members of employees of The IPG Ltd.
• Employees of IPG member stores or showrooms
• Family members of employees of IPG member stores or showrooms
• Employees of IPG supplier partners (Worcester Bosch, Wavin, Toolbank, Tissino)
• Family members of employees of IPG supplier partners
• Agents, contractors, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this competition

No limit on entries. Each £5 donation constitutes one scratch card and one potential prize draw entry (if the card reveals “Nice”).

How to Enter

Entry is made by donating £5 to Royal Voluntary Service at a participating IPG member store and receiving an official Naughty or Nice scratch card.

Scratch cards will reveal either “Naughty” or “Nice”:

• “Nice” – the participant will be entered into that store’s prize draw.
• “Naughty” – no entry is gained, but the donation still supports Royal Voluntary Service.

There is no purchase necessary beyond the charitable donation. Donations are non-refundable. Scratch card outcomes are final and cannot be exchanged.

Winner Selection & Notification

Each participating store will select one winner at random from all valid “Nice” entries received during the Competition Period.

Prize draws will take place no later than 23 December 2025.

Winners will be contacted by phone or email using the details provided at entry. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 14 days, the store reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Details

The prize is a Deluxe Elf & Safety Kit, which includes a selection of trade essentials and festive treats such as:

• Safety gloves
• Kneepads
• Practical trade accessories
• A special Elf-Goodies Kit (festive apron, Elf on the Shelf surprises, deluxe hot chocolate, seasonal treats, etc.)

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. The IPG Ltd. or participating stores may substitute items of equal or greater value if required due to stock availability.

Charity Information

All proceeds from scratch card donations will be donated to Royal Voluntary Service, registered charity number 1015988. These funds support the charity’s vital work helping vulnerable people, supporting the NHS, and providing companionship and practical assistance throughout the winter period.

Delivery & Collection

Prizes must be collected from the participating store unless otherwise agreed. Stores are not responsible for delays, loss or damage once the prize has been collected or dispatched.

PR, Marketing & Social Media Participation

By entering the competition, winners agree to take part in reasonable publicity organised by The IPG Ltd. or the participating store. This may include:

• A photograph or short video during prize collection
• Social media announcements acknowledging the winner

Any materials produced may be used across The IPG Ltd.'s marketing channels.
