The IPG App Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Prize Draw Participation
1.1 The IPG App allows registered users to enter prize draws operated by TheIPG Ltd (“The IPG”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 Users may enter a prize draw by allocating entries collected through the App.
1.3 No purchase is required to take part in any prize draw.
1.4 Entries have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used within the App for the purpose of participating in prize draws.
1.5 Entries are awarded when a user scans a designated entry collection point within a participating member store using their mobile device with the App open.
1.6 Participating member stores are required to make prize draw entry available without any obligation to make a purchase or payment.
Scanning a user’s App to allocate entries must be offered free of charge and on the same basis to all visitors, in accordance with The IPG’s member Code of Conduct.
1.7 All valid entries recorded before the advertised closing date will be included in the prize draw.
1.8 Users may allocate entries by scanning up to three (3) times per day, with a minimum interval of one (1) hour required between each scan. Any scans attempted outside these limits will not result in additional entries.
2. Winner Selection and Notification
2.1 Winners are chosen at random from all valid entries received before the advertised closing date.
2.2 Winners will be notified through the App and/or by email and/or by phone within seven (7) days of the draw taking place.
2.3 If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and allocate it to an alternative eligible entrant.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over who hold a valid App account at the time of entry and at the time the prize draw closes.
3.2 Employees of The IPG, participating members, suppliers, contractors, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. Prizes
4.1 Prizes are administered and supplied by The IPG. Certain prizes may be funded or sponsored by third-party suppliers or partners.
4.2 Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash alternative.
4.3 Specific prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be displayed separately within the App and shall take precedence in the event of any conflict.
5. Suspension or Withdrawal
5.1 We reserve the right to suspend, amend, or cancel a prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control or to ensure fair and lawful operation.
6. Data Protection
6.1 Personal data submitted in connection with a prize draw will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6.2 Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and issuing prizes.
7. General
7.1 The IPG’s decision in all matters relating to prize draws is final, subject to applicable law.
7.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
