2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of The IPG, participating members, suppliers, contractors, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter’s Terms of Use.

4. Opening & Closing Dates

The competition opens at 00:00 (UK time) on Friday 1 May 2026.

The competition closes at 23:59 (UK time) on Sunday 31 May 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

5. The Prize

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) stadium tour experience for two (2) adults at a UK Premier League football club.

The Prize will be fulfilled in the form of a Virgin Experience Days voucher corresponding to the selected stadium tour.

Each voucher entitles the winner and one guest to attend a stadium tour experience.

Experiences typically include access to areas such as stadium facilities, behind-the-scenes areas, and club-related exhibitions; however, specific inclusions, duration, and access areas vary by club and are determined by the experience provider.

The Prize is awarded as a voucher only and is subject to availability, scheduling, and the terms and conditions of Virgin Experience Days and the relevant stadium tour provider.

There is no cash alternative.

The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

6. Prize Fulfilment

The Prize will be fulfilled by the Promoter purchasing the relevant Virgin Experience Days voucher following the winner’s selection.

Vouchers will be delivered to the winner’s nominated IPG member store within 30 days of the winner confirming acceptance and providing the required details.

It is the winner’s responsibility to redeem and use the voucher in accordance with the provider’s terms, including any expiry dates.

Risk and title in the Prize pass to the winner upon confirmed delivery.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Two (2) winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received before the closing date, in accordance with the Promoter’s standard prize draw process.

Winners will be notified via the App and/or email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the draw.

If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and allocate it to an alternative eligible entrant.

The Promoter will make available each winner’s surname and county to anyone who requests this information within one month of the closing date.

Entrants may object to this or request limited disclosure at the time of entry or upon notification.

8. Publicity

By accepting the Prize, each winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the use of their first name and county for promotional purposes.

The Promoter may request photographs or content from winners in connection with the Prize, subject to consent.

No additional compensation will be provided for publicity participation.

9. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Data will be used solely for administering the prize draw, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and fulfilling the Prize.

Where necessary, the Promoter may share relevant information with Virgin Experience Days or the relevant experience provider for the purpose of fulfilling the Prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, while acting fairly and in accordance with the CAP Code.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude an entrant from participating.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
