2. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of The IPG, participating members, suppliers, contractors, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter’s Terms of Use.
3. How to Enter
Entry mechanics are governed by clause 3.2 of the Promoter’s Terms of Use, available via your profile section of the App.
No purchase is necessary.
Entries are collected via the IPG App by scanning at participating member locations, subject to the limits set out in the Terms of Use.
Only valid entries submitted during the promotional period will be accepted.
4. Opening & Closing Dates
The competition opens at 00:00 (UK time) on Friday 1 May 2026.
The competition closes at 23:59 (UK time) on Sunday 31 May 2026.
Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
5. The Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Weber Home BBQ Kit.
The Prize includes:

- Smashed burger press
- Wide spatula
- Two (2) seasoning shakers

The Prize will be awarded exactly as described above.
Accessories, features, or items shown in promotional materials that are not expressly listed are for illustrative purposes only and are not included.
There is no cash alternative.
The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
6. Prize Fulfilment
The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s selected participating IPG member store.
The winner will be notified when the Prize is ready for collection and must arrange collection within a reasonable timeframe agreed with the Promoter or member store.
The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the winner in collecting the Prize.
Risk and title in the Prize will pass to the winner upon collection.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
The winner will be notified via the App and/or email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and allocate it to an alternative eligible entrant.
The Promoter will make available the winner’s surname and county to anyone who requests this information within one month of the closing date.
Entrants may object to this or request limited disclosure at the time of entry or upon notification.
8. Publicity
By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the use of their first name and county for promotional purposes.
The Promoter may request photographs or content from the winner in connection with the Prize, subject to consent.
No additional compensation will be provided for publicity participation.
9. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Data will be used solely for administering the prize draw, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the Prize.
Where necessary, the Promoter may share relevant information with the winner for the purpose of product registration, warranty activation, or manufacturer support.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to this, the Promoter is not responsible for any costs, losses or damages not expressly included in the Prize.
The Promoter is not the manufacturer of the Prize and is not responsible for any manufacturer faults or defects.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, while acting fairly and in accordance with the CAP Code.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude an entrant from participating.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
