2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of The IPG, participating members, suppliers, contractors, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

The winner must own, lease, or otherwise have lawful authority to authorise the installation of van racking in the vehicle nominated for the Prize.

The Prize is available for vans only. Cars and other vehicle types are excluded.

Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter’s Terms of Use.

4. Opening & Closing Dates

The competition opens at 00:01 (UK time) on Wednesday 1 July 2026.

The competition closes at 23:59 (UK time) on Monday 31 August 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive a contribution of up to £3,500 including VAT towards a bespoke van racking solution supplied by Van Racking Solutions Ltd (“VRS”) (the “Prize”).

The total Prize contribution comprises a contribution of up to £3,000 including VAT from TheIPG Ltd and a contribution of up to £500 including VAT from VRS.

The Prize is sponsored by Bristan and administered by TheIPG Ltd in conjunction with VRS.

The final specification of the racking system will be determined following consultation between the winner and VRS.

The maximum combined contribution towards the Prize is £3,500 including VAT (the “Cap”).

VRS will supply the van racking products and services and will invoice the Promoter for the Promoter’s contribution of up to £3,000 including VAT. VRS will fund its own contribution of up to £500 including VAT.

The winner is not entitled to receive any unused portion of either contribution as cash or credit.

The Cap applies to the total value of products and any included installation or shipping costs.

The Prize will be awarded exactly as agreed between the winner and VRS, subject to the Cap.

Where appropriate, VRS may offer a vehicle collection service. Any costs associated with vehicle collection are not included within the Prize unless expressly agreed by VRS. Any collection costs exceeding the Cap must be paid directly by the winner.

Where the winner is located outside mainland Great Britain, the Promoter reserves the right to appoint an alternative van racking supplier or installer to fulfil the Prize.

The Prize value remains capped at £3,500 including VAT regardless of the supplier selected. The winner acknowledges that the quantity, specification or value of products and services supplied may differ where an alternative supplier is used.

There is no cash alternative.

The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

6. Design Process and Fulfilment

Following acceptance of the Prize, the winner will be contacted by VRS to discuss their vehicle and racking requirements.

VRS will prepare a bespoke CAD design based on the winner’s brief.

The winner may request reasonable amendments to the design prior to approval.

Once the design has been approved, VRS will place the order for manufacture and supply.

Estimated lead times are approximately three (3) weeks from order placement but may vary.

VRS may provide guidance regarding flooring, safety requirements, installation considerations, electrical systems, accessories and related vehicle requirements.

Where additional products or services are required to make the installation suitable or safe, such items may be included within the Cap or paid for separately by the winner.

7. If the Winner Chooses Options That Exceed the Cap

Any upgrades, accessories, auto-electrical installations, flooring, storage additions, bespoke modifications, optional extras or other products or services selected by the winner that cause the total cost to exceed the Cap must be paid directly by the winner to VRS.

8. Installation and Vehicle Requirements

The Promoter and VRS shall not be responsible for providing a replacement vehicle, hire vehicle, transport assistance, compensation for business interruption, loss of earnings, loss of use of the vehicle, or any other consequential costs arising while the vehicle is unavailable during installation.

The winner must ensure that the nominated vehicle is suitable for the installation and complies with any requirements reasonably specified by VRS.

The winner must make the vehicle available for any agreed installation works and must collect the vehicle following completion of the installation.

Where installation is undertaken by VRS or an alternative installer, the winner may be invited to attend a handover appointment and reasonable promotional activity relating to the Prize.

The winner is responsible for all costs associated with attending installation appointments, collection appointments, handover events and related travel, including accommodation, meals, fuel, public transport and any other incidental expenses.

No contribution will be made by the Promoter towards such costs.

9. Prize Delivery

Where the winner chooses self-installation, the racking products will be shipped to a UK address provided by the winner.

Shipping costs for self-installation are included within the Cap.

Risk and title in any supplied products will pass to the winner upon confirmed delivery or, where installation is carried out by VRS, upon completion of installation.

10. Prize Acceptance & Redemption

The winner must engage with VRS, or any alternative supplier appointed by the Promoter, and commence the consultation process within thirty (30) days of accepting the Prize.

The winner must provide all information reasonably required to enable design, specification, manufacture and installation of the racking solution.

If the winner fails to engage with the fulfilment process, fails to provide a suitable vehicle, refuses reasonable requests necessary for fulfilment, or otherwise prevents the Prize from being fulfilled within a reasonable period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner.

Where installation is carried out by VRS, the winner agrees to attend a reasonable handover appointment following completion of the installation.

The Promoter and Bristan may record photographs, video footage and related content during the handover and installation process for promotional purposes, subject to the winner’s consent.

If the winner decides not to redeem the Prize, or declines to proceed because they do not wish to comply with the fulfilment requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions, including, where applicable, making the vehicle available for installation at the nominated location, the Prize will be deemed forfeited.

In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and award it to an alternative eligible entrant selected in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

11. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received before the closing date, using a fair and verifiable random selection process.

The winner will be notified via the App and/or email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and allocate it to an alternative eligible entrant selected in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter will make available the winner’s surname and county to anyone who requests this information within one month of the closing date.

Entrants may object to this or request limited disclosure at the time of entry or upon notification. The Promoter will provide this information unless it is legally required not to do so.

12. Publicity

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the use of their first name and county for promotional purposes.

The Promoter may request photographs, video footage or content from the winner in connection with the Prize, subject to the winner’s consent.

No additional compensation will be provided for publicity participation.

13. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Data will be used solely for administering the prize draw, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the Prize.

Where necessary, the Promoter may share relevant contact details and vehicle information with VRS or an alternative fulfilment partner solely for the purpose of administering and fulfilling the Prize.

14. Liability

Any product warranty or installation warranty shall be provided subject to the applicable supplier’s terms and conditions.

15. Provider Terms

The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of VRS, any alternative fulfilment provider appointed by the Promoter, and any relevant manufacturers or suppliers.

The Promoter is not responsible for changes, delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by third-party providers.

16. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, while acting fairly and in accordance with the CAP Code.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude an entrant from participating.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
