2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Entrants must hold a valid IPG App account.

Employees of The IPG, participating members, suppliers, contractors, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Entry constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Promoter’s Terms of Use.

3. How to Enter

Entry mechanics are governed by clause 3.2 of the Promoter’s Terms of Use, available via the App.

No purchase is necessary.

Entries are collected via The IPG App by scanning at participating member stores.

A maximum of three (3) scans per day is permitted, with a minimum interval of one (1) hour between scans.

Only valid entries submitted during the promotional period will be accepted.

4. Opening & Closing Dates

The competition opens at 12:00 (UK time) on Friday 1 May 2026.

The competition closes at 23:59 (UK time) on Tuesday 30 June 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

5. The Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Home Cinema Bundle.

The Prize will be awarded exactly as described.

No cash alternative is available.

The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the Prize with an item of equal or greater value where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

6. Prize Fulfilment

The Prize must be collected by the winner from their selected IPG member store.

All elements of the Prize will be provided together as a single bundle.

The Promoter will notify the winner when the Prize is available for collection and will arrange a suitable collection date.

The winner must collect the Prize within a reasonable timeframe agreed with the Promoter. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Risk and title in the Prize will pass to the winner upon collection.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.

The draw will be conducted using a fair and verifiable random selection process.

The winner will be notified via the App and/or email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and allocate it to an alternative eligible entrant.

The Promoter will make available the winner’s surname and county to anyone who requests this information within one month of the closing date.

Entrants may object to this or request limited disclosure at the time of entry or upon notification.

8. Publicity

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the use of their first name and county for promotional purposes.

The Promoter may request photographs or content at the point of prize collection, subject to the winner’s consent.

No additional compensation will be provided.

9. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Data will be used solely for administering the prize draw, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the Prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, while acting fairly and in accordance with the CAP Code.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude an entrant from participating.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
